The Saffre Frères factory is an important strategic project for Oudenaarde due to its size and location in the city center close to the station. The masterplan starts with a well-thought-out design of public spaces tailored to the new living environment, within which plots with various typologies are defined. Maximum effort is made to integrate the industrial heritage, which also determines the character of the site and can accommodate community facilities.
